Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Poker Wizard > Cancel Subscription. For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Poker Wizard > Cancel. For web subscriptions, go to your account settings in the app or contact support.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for mobile app purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. For web subscriptions, contact support@pokerwizard.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! Premium subscribers can download GTO ranges for offline training. Go to Settings > Offline Mode to download content. Your training progress will sync when you're back online.
How accurate is the GTO data?
Our GTO solutions are derived from professional-grade poker solvers and represent mathematically optimal preflop strategies for 6-max No Limit Hold'em cash games. We regularly update our data to ensure accuracy.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, your subscription works across all your devices. Just sign in with the same account on each device. Your progress syncs automatically across all devices.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email privacy@pokerwizard.app to request deletion.
